Here we clarify any doubts and answer any questions which may arise when ordering. We hope you will find them useful.
1/ How can I send a gift to a different address
Register typing in your personal information or identify yourself with your email account and password. Follow the regular procedures adding the products you wish to send as a gift. Once you have added all the products you wish to buy, you should go to Shopping Basket and click on Different Address, in Delivery address section. Please fill in the form with the information of the person you want to send the gift to. Select a payment method and confirm the purchase.
2/ When will my order be delivered, in the morning or in the afternoon?
Whenever you want!. Once you have chosen all the products you wish to buy, you can choose the time and the day you wish to have your order delivered in the Time of delivery section . You can choose the option of morning or afternoons or even Saturdays. If you leave this section blank, your order will be delivered with the first available transport.
3/ Can I decide when to have my order delivered?
YES. If you order is not marked as immediate, you can choose the date when you want to have it delivered. Cárnicas Mulas always provides fresh products since we prepare the order shortly before it is delivered. In order to select the date, go to Date of delivery section , and click on the calendar which is on the right of the form and there you can choose the date.
