The group of companies Cárnicas Mulas has 3 farms with an area of ??2.500 hectares in the province of Salamanca.

In our farms 8 people and a veterinarian who is dedicated to raising animals and planting fodder, wheat and barley are used to feed our cattle work. Thanks to these farms Meat Mulas has a high quality raw material which is tasted by our customers since 1810 In them our calves are raised around 2000 a year.
Our Veal is a certification mark is called "Veal of Valmuza" which comes from the first farm we buy, La Torre de la Valmuza.
Our black Merino sheep are a protected species by the European Community and finally our Iberian pigs that are acorn fed in our meadows in the area with acorns, wheat and barley, which makes us to produce a high quality sausages.
